Welcome back! We are so happy to be open and available to see all our patients. Things may look a little different in our office but these changes are to keep you safe and protect our team as well. At this time, we ask that you refrain from calling the office: we will call you! If there is an orthodontic emergency please email us at info@myottawaorthodontist.com and we will call you to schedule an appointment.
When you arrive, you MUST be wearing a mask. Please come to the front door and stand outside on one of the designated circles that are physically distanced 2 meters apart. Wait for someone to greet you and ask you COVID-19 related questions before you are invited into the office. You must sanitize your hands as you enter and when you exit. The washroom, brushing stations and couches are temporarily closed at this time.
